A PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN ILLINOIS CHURCH OF GOD AND THE “CENTER FOR PASTORAL EXCELLENCE”

The Church of God Illinois State Administrative Bishop partners with the Church of God “Center for Pastoral Excellence” and director, Bill Isaacs.

The purpose and goals have been developed to incorporate strategies and coordinate efforts that will train and equip pastors in the State of Illinois. Specifically, the partnership’s objectives are:

To develop relationships and resources that support and encourage pastors.
To support existing, effective, ongoing ministries and coaching already in this field.
To coach and mentor current pastors through Excel Training Conference, Connect-Ministry Solutions and the revitalization of PCGs.
To Coach Young Pastors and Potential Pastors that God is calling through the ministry of New Horizon Leaders.
To resource and support the state of Illinois in their vision for peer resourcing and accountability to include Pastoral Covenant Groups and catalyst training experiences.
